Most torches and regulators are worth repairing . . . they were a big investment!  Bring your broken torches and regulators to Welder Service.  We’ll give you the cost to repair or replace your equipment, then you decide.

 

Our Repair Process

All of the equipment we service is completely rebuilt, and we replace all soft parts like seats, seals, gaskets and o-rings.  Next, Welder Service installs a new inlet connection on every regulator and a new tip nut on each cutting torch.

Every regulator is first cleaned and bead-blasted, disassembled, and thoroughly inspected.  Then it’s rebuilt to factory specifications.  Most importantly, it’s then pressure tested on a test manifold and checked for leaks, creep, jump and flow.
